I tackled this oversized plastic embroidery with a combination of hand drawn approach, which gives undeniable richness to the design and then I proceeded with collaging and mixed techniques. ‘Non-finito’ embellishments give a raw sense of the unfinished, just as a fuzz of multicolor sequins is hand sewn into armored knitwear with a precious technique, one by one.
